Dérive AI – Performing with GPT-2
A performative card game that reinterprets dérive and détournement as a mind game. AI ethics, generated text and performance are grotesquely coupled with an interpassive mind-reading device, and GPT-2 becomes a poetry game.

I fine-tuned a locally hosted GPT-2 model on our artistic manifesto. During the performance I edited the lines the artist read and answered the questions of the second player.
